The decision has been made to drop the charges against the French lad who translated the Potter book and posted it onto the internet. Apparently the decision was made on the back of discussions with JK Rowling. Thank god sense has prevailed. Now just give the boy a high paying job!

This story sums up a lot to me. This 16 year old French kid had the initiative, intelligence, patience and the skill to translate the whole of the new Harry Potter novel into French faster than the publishers, for no monitary gain, and he gets arrested!
